We are looking for a passionate and motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Montreal. You will play a key role in developing our client base in Montreal and actively contribute to our growth by promoting our specialized services. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, presenting our offers to potential clients, and negotiating contracts.

Responsabilites

  • Develop and maintain a client portfolio by offering solutions tailored to their needs
  • Present and promote Kiffcom’s services, including digital marketing, web development, telesales, and outsourcing of administrative tasks
  • Prospect the market to identify new business opportunities and clients
  • Attend sales meetings, identify client needs, and propose customized offers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing contracts
  • Ensure post-sales follow-up to guarantee client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales
  • Participate in events and trade shows to represent the company
  • Work closely with the development and marketing teams to align offers with market needs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, web development, or outsourced services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and office software
  • Strong persuasive skills, results-oriented, and excellent negotiation abilities

Nice to Have

  • Bilingualism in French and English is a major asset
  • Certifications in IT, digital marketing, or sales are highly desirable
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to facilitate travel
  • A good understanding of customer relationship management tools and performance tracking, as well as a basic knowledge of digital marketing
